AI Product — Social Media

Your calendar, drafted. Your approval, always.

An AI-assisted workflow for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. It helps plan the month, draft platform-appropriate posts, and organize everything for review — nothing publishes until a person approves it.

Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Human approval

Human review is part of the product, not a setting. Starting at $5,000.

Illustrative interface. Drafts, review states, and approvals live in one workflow — the calendar shows what is ready, not what has been posted without review.

What it does

A content workflow, not a post generator.

The value is in the structure around the writing: a plan, a calendar, platform-aware drafts, and a review step that keeps a person in control. The agent assists; your team decides.

Plan the calendar

Turn your themes, offers, and announcements into a month-level plan with a realistic publishing rhythm.

Draft the posts

Write captions and post copy in your voice, from brand context and approved examples rather than generic filler.

Adapt by platform

Reshape the same idea for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn instead of posting identical copy everywhere.

Organize review

Move drafts into a review queue with clear states, so approvals do not live in DMs and spreadsheets.

Schedule or publish when supported

Where platform access, permissions, and the agreed implementation allow it, approved posts can be scheduled or published.

Repurpose what you already have

Turn existing articles, case studies, and product notes into a content series without starting from a blank page.

Platforms

Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Three platforms, each with its own format and tone. The workflow adapts the same idea rather than posting identical copy everywhere.

Instagram

Visual-first posts, carousels, and captions. The workflow helps plan the asset list, write captions in your voice, and keep a consistent publishing rhythm.

Scope note: image and video assets come from you or are agreed separately. Publishing depends on account access and platform permissions.

Facebook

Page updates, links, offers, and community posts, planned around the calendar you approve. Copy can be adapted for a more conversational page audience.

Scope note: publishing requires the right page role and permissions. Scheduling support varies by account and tooling.

LinkedIn

Company-page posts with a more considered, professional tone — and longer-form when it fits the idea. Useful for hiring, expertise, and industry commentary.

Scope note: company-page access is required. Personal-profile automation is not part of the standard scope.

Publishing depends on platform access, permissions, and the agreed implementation. Where an integration is not available, the workflow stops at approved drafts and your team publishes manually. We validate access before promising a capability.

Human approval

Approval is the product, not an option.

Autonomous publishing is easy to demo and hard to trust. This workflow is built around a review step that cannot be quietly skipped — because the person signing off is accountable for what goes out.

One review queue

Drafts, edits, and scheduled items sit in one place with a clear status. Your team knows what needs attention without chasing a spreadsheet.

Edit or reject before approval

Change the copy, swap the asset, or send it back. Nothing is published from a draft state, and approval is a deliberate action rather than a timeout.

Named approvers

We agree who can approve for each platform. The workflow is configured around those roles instead of treating every account as equally authorized.

A record of what was approved

Where the chosen tooling supports it, approvals and publishing history are retained so you can see what went out and when. We confirm the audit trail as part of scope.

The approval step is a product requirement. We do not turn it into autonomous publishing as an “optimization”, and we do not describe the workflow as fully hands-off.

Publishing requirements

What publishing actually requires.

Social platforms control what can be automated and on what terms. These are the practical requirements we confirm before representing a capability as implemented.

Access and permissions

  • Business or company accounts on each platform in scope.
  • Admin or partner access granted through official permissions — not shared passwords.
  • Platform app review or approval where the provider requires it.
  • Scheduling and publishing support confirmed for the specific account type.

Content and boundaries

  • Brand voice, approved examples, and topics the agent should avoid.
  • Media assets and rights cleared by you before they enter the calendar.
  • Analytics, comments, and direct messages are not included by default; they can be scoped separately.
  • A named approver for each platform and an agreed escalation path for sensitive posts.

If a platform blocks automated publishing for your account, we say so and keep the workflow at approved drafts. We do not work around platform controls.

Implementation

From first call to a working calendar.

A clear sequence with agreed checkpoints. You always know what is being configured, what is waiting on your approvals, and what has been tested.

01

Understand the goal and audience

What should social media do for the business, and who is it speaking to?

02

Select platforms and workflow

We agree which of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn are in scope and where approval sits.

03

Configure voice and templates

Brand context, approved examples, post structures, and topics to avoid.

04

Connect accounts and permissions

Official access only, with the platform approvals that publishing actually requires.

05

Test the approval and publishing path

Drafts, edits, approvals, and scheduling — reviewed with you before launch.

06

Hand over with guidance

Documentation, basic operating guidance, and 30 days of refinement within the agreed scope.

Starting package

Starting at $5,000.

The baseline package covers one AI agent and one primary workflow. Final implementation pricing depends on the agreed scope — more platforms, more approvers, or a complex publishing stack is quoted separately.

Baseline implementation
$5,000

Starting price. One agent, one primary workflow, configured and tested before handover.

  • One AI agent and one primary workflow
  • Brand and business-context configuration
  • Configuration of the agreed knowledge and content sources
  • Testing against agreed use cases
  • Handover and basic operating guidance
  • 30 days of post-handover refinement within the agreed scope

What sits outside the starting price

The following are separate costs or separately scoped work. They are not included in the $5,000 baseline, and we will not imply that they are.

Separate costs

Model and API usage, including tokens
Hosting and infrastructure
Third-party subscriptions and provider charges
Additional workflows or agents
Substantial integrations and custom development
Expanded support or optimization after the refinement period

The 30-day refinement period is bounded: it covers adjustments within the agreed scope, not unlimited content production, unlimited revisions, or permanent support.

Broader agent strategy, model selection, and deployment work is handled through Softlogs.io.

Questions

Answered honestly.

Do we have to give you our passwords?
No. Access is granted through each platform’s official permissions or partner access. The exact model depends on the platform and account type, and we agree it before work starts.
Can the workflow publish without approval?
No. Human approval is part of the product. Nothing is published from a draft state, and we do not treat autonomous publishing as an upgrade.
Which platforms are supported?
Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn are the approved platforms for this product. Other channels can be discussed as separate work with their own access and policy requirements.
What if a platform will not allow automated publishing for our account?
Then the workflow stops at approved drafts and your team publishes manually. We confirm access before promising a capability, and we do not work around platform controls.
Will the content sound like us?
It is configured from your brand context and approved examples, and every post can be edited before approval. The first weeks are for tuning the voice, which is part of the 30-day refinement period.
How much content is included?
Content volume is agreed in scope. The starting package covers one primary workflow, not unlimited output or an open-ended content retainer.
What does it cost to run?
Model and API usage, scheduling or publishing tools, hosting, and third-party subscriptions are separate from the implementation fee. We will explain the cost drivers during scoping.
Is analytics or inbox management included?
Not by default. Reporting, comment management, and direct messages can be scoped separately where the platform and tooling support them. We will not describe them as included when they are not.

Plan less. Approve faster. Stay in control.

Tell us which platforms matter, who signs off, and what you already publish. We will map the workflow and be straight about what can be automated.
